As a way of understanding the complexity of the South Caucasus we made during our trip series of key words per country.
For Georgia these were:
Gastronomy, westernization, localized reconstruction, expectation of the economic boom, expectation of decisiveness, lively art scene, cultural and physical crossing point, open society, political freedom, strategic network of churches, lack of patience, George Bush avenue, anti-Russia, South-Ossetia, Abkhazia, colourful new development, fountains, strong state building in symbols, optimism to the max, broken corruption chain, young inexperienced people in high places, Stalin, urban ruins, cynic landscape, lack of museum transformation, tourist place, balconies, from public property to private property, shrinking city, refugee hotel, dubious investors
